Services Provided

Cornerstone Handyman Services LLC offers a variety of handyman services, including but not limited to general home repairs, maintenance, and installations. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in the work estimate or invoice provided to you.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are based on our understanding of the work required at the time of the estimate.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Any additional work or materials required that were not included in the original estimate will be discussed with you and may result in additional charges.

A detailed quote will be provided prior to the commencement of work, and your approval is required before we proceed.

Booking and Scheduling

Services must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or emergencies.

You will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a need to reschedule.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon, in writing.

We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit card, bank transfer.

A deposit may be required for certain jobs before work begins.

Any unpaid balances after 30 days will incur a late fee of 2% per month until paid in full.

Invoices that remain unpaid after 120 days may be referred to a collections agency.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 10 days to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our discretion.

Warranties and Guarantees

We offer a 1 year warranty on all labor performed.

Any materials or products provided by Cornerstone Handyman Services LLC are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

Cornerstone Handyman Services LLC is fully insured, and we will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property while performing services.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Our liability for any claims arising from the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for those services.

Health and Safety

Our team follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

You agree to provide a safe and secure environment for our employees to perform their work.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Any information collected during the course of providing our services will be used solely for the purpose of delivering those services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for services with written notice.

Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arkansas.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Cornerstone Handyman Service LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to future services provided.
